REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At by ema, we ensure all products meet high-quality standards. While we do not offer refunds, customers may request an exchange for eligible items within 3 days of delivery.
Exchange Guidelines
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Accessories and sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- Shipping costs for returning and resending items are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Exchange

2. Securely pack the item in its original condition and ship it to us.
3. Once received and inspected, your replacement will be dispatched subject to availability.

- Exchanges are only available for items meeting the eligibility criteria.
